Megan Mikutis joined Randle Law Office in November 2020 bringing her valuable experience from working with the Port of Galveston. Megan is a longstanding Galveston County resident and has been practicing law for nearly eight years. Megan attended University of Houston Law School and has practiced in both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining the Randle Law Office, she managed contract development, contract management, procurement, grant administration, public information, real estate management, and document retention, legal compliance issues and regulatory matters for the Port of Galveston. Megan’s background serves our cities well as she utilizes her litigation and industry experience to negotiate and manage local, state, national, and international business development opportunities; to create and implement policies, operating procedures, in compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements. Megan works closely with several economic development corporations. Megan has functional fluency of spoken and written Spanish. In her spare time, Megan enjoys cooking, exercising, reading, being outdoors, spending time with her family, volunteering, and serving on various boards and commissions, including the Board of Directors for the Trans Legal Aid Clinic of Texas. Megan lives with her loving partner, Robby, and their four dogs.
