The Randle Law Office is accustomed to handling any contract needs that may arise for our municipal and governmental clients. Our attorneys have negotiated and drafted multiple Interlocal Agreements between our various clients and other political subdivisions, as well as license agreements with a mobile communications company to operate a communication transmission facility on municipal land. Examples of some agreements include ground maintenance services contracts, solid waste, bid, performance and maintenance bonds, bank depository contracts, electronic payment contracts for utilities, economic development, software licenses and lease purchase agreements, roof replacement and building remodeling.
